How do I request a sample?
Fill out the enquiry form above or WhatsApp us directly. We'll send a sample kit (50–100g per product) along with the full COA, spec sheet, and pricing. Samples are sent via international courier — shipping charges apply.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 FCL (20-foot container, approximately 18–20 MT depending on product). For new buyers, we can accommodate smaller trial orders of 1–5 MT — please contact us to discuss.
What documents do you provide with each shipment?
We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis (COA) from accredited lab, Fumigation Certificate (if required), and any destination-specific documents (FDA Prior Notice, EUR.1, etc.).
Do you offer private label packaging?
Yes. We offer private label services with custom-printed bags in various sizes (500g, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 25kg). Your brand, your design — we handle compliant labeling for your target market. Minimum order applies for printed bags.
What are your payment terms?
We typically work on 30% advance + 70% against BL copy for new buyers. For established relationships, we can offer Letter of Credit (LC at sight) or other terms. Please discuss during your enquiry.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times depend on destination: UAE/Gulf 7–12 days, UK/Europe 18–25 days, USA East Coast 22–28 days, Australia 18–25 days. Production and stuffing lead time is typically 10–15 working days after order confirmation.
